Kundalini is the feminine principle of the Vital Life force that lies dormant in the base of the spine and when activated spirals up to the top of the head creating a strong union with the male principle of the Vital Life Force. This is what is termed as a Mystical Marriage.
Kundalini Yoga is an age old tradition of Yoga that focuses on the subtle energy centres (chakras) of the physical body. Goa is an interesting coastal town with strong colonial Portugese influence. In the backdrop of this relaxed environment in Aashyanalakhanpal we will swim, sit on the shacks on the beach with our feet on the sand, enjoy the open markets and also visit the relics of St Francis Xavier, while Amrit will take us through a journey to help us remove our energy blocks in order to glow from our Radiant Body
